 DAC & LIBRARY – ASSISTANCE FOR VICTIMS The Malibu Disaster Assistance Center at the former County courthouse building (23555 Civic Center Way) is open 10AM-6PM, ready to assist fire victims with every county, and state and federal agency and City staff. The DAC is open Mon-Sat 10AM - 6PM (closed Sundays and holidays). The DAC offers guidance for disaster recovery, registering with FEMA, housing assistance and rental information, answers to questions and referrals to assist you. The Relief Site on 21355 Pacific Coast Highway, where the OLD Malibu courthouse was, is UP and RUNNING!! 4 containers have been set up for you, graciously by the Jones Builders Group. Please feel free to stop in and pick up anything you may need, from bedding, to food, to supplies, to clothes, we are here for you. We also have a Wellness program going, please contact: Asha Randall (310-435- 6795) for acupuncture, counseling etc All donations welcome, we have volunteers on site.

Tax Relief

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) will
provide relief to taxpayers and feepayers affected by the wildfires in
California. The CDTFA is dedicated to helping our fellow Californians
through this difficult time. Taxpayers and fee payers affected by the wildfires may request the following:

Relief from penalties and/or interest.
Replacement copies of lost or damaged records.

Please call or visit a nearby CDTFA office or call the CDTFA’s
Customer Service Center at 1‑800‑400‑7115 (TTY:711) for more
information. Customer service representatives are available weekdays
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific time), except state holidays.
